the Elders

The foundation of a family lies within there elders. These individuals hold down the forefront of tradition and beliefs that are past down for centuries.

These images entitled, the Elders are visual documentations of living elders in my family capturing the intensity of their eyes, the beauty of silence, and the presence of spirituality. As Aristoltle once said, "The aimof art is to represent not the outward appearance of things, but their inward significance.
